Terms of Use

1. The service
Corridor is a deterministic tax-comparison calculator. It applies published statutory parameters to user-supplied inputs and returns a computational estimate. It is provided by Colin Bennett (sole trader), reachable at bennettcolin@zoho.eu.
2. Not professional advice
Corridor output is not legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice. It is a computational scenario based on the inputs you provide and the rule pack version stated in the output. Tax rules change frequently. You must verify all figures with a licensed Spanish gestor or qualified tax adviser before making any financial, employment, or relocation decision.
3. Accuracy and limitations
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the rule pack reflects current legislation, but we do not warrant that the output is complete, accurate, or current. The calculation does not cover: US worldwide tax obligations for US citizens or green-card holders; wealth taxes on non-Spanish assets; double tax treaty interaction beyond the stated assumptions; or any jurisdiction other than the UK and Spain.
4. Paid reports
The PDF report is a digital good delivered immediately on payment. Because delivery is instantaneous, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 at the point of purchase. If the report fails to generate or is materially defective, contact us within 7 days for a remedy or refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Corridor for personal financial planning. You may not: resell or redistribute output; use automated tools to submit large volumes of scenarios; attempt to reverse-engineer the compute engine; or use the service in a way that violates any applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corridor and Colin Bennett are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Corridor output. If liability is established, it is capped at the amount you paid for the report (or £0 for free use).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version applicable to a paid report is the version in effect at the time of purchase.
