Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Corridor is operated by Dropseeker Limited, company registered in Ireland, CRO 671573. You can contact us at legal@dropseeker.com. References to "we", "us", or "Corridor" in this policy mean Dropseeker Limited.

2. What we collect

When you submit the calculator form, we store:

• Your email address
• Financial inputs you provide (salary, bonus, equity, pension)
• Employment structure and residency history
• Planned move date and target region
• Attribution data (UTM parameters, Google Click ID, landing page slug, HTTP Referer header)
• Your computed tax scenario result

If you purchase a report, Stripe processes your payment. We do not store card numbers. Stripe provides us with confirmation of payment and your email.

3. How we use your data

• To compute and display your eligibility and tax comparison
• To generate and deliver your paid PDF report
• To improve the accuracy of the calculation engine
• To understand which channels bring visitors to the site

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for automated individual profiling that produces legal effects.

4. Legal basis (GDPR and UK GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the report you purchased) and legitimate interests (improving the service and understanding traffic sources). Where you have provided your email solely for a free preview, we process it on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Retention

Free (unpaid) scenarios are automatically deleted after 90 days. Paid scenarios are retained for up to 2 years to support re-download of purchased reports and to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You may request earlier deletion — see section 6.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@dropseeker.com with your email address and scenario ID (if known). We will respond within 30 days.

7. First-party usage events

Corridor records first-party usage events — such as page views, calculator submissions, and checkout actions — in its own database to understand which channels bring visitors to the site and how the product is used. This data is not shared with any third party, contains no tracking cookies, and is stored solely on Corridor’s infrastructure. Events are automatically deleted after 400 days.

8. Cookies and tracking

Corridor does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. UTM parameters and the Google Click ID (gclid) present in URLs are stored server-side on first-party usage events and, when you submit the calculator, as part of the scenario record so we can measure which channels and campaigns convert; no cookie is set in your browser by Corridor for attribution purposes.

When you complete a purchase, Corridor may forward the stored gclid together with the conversion value directly to Google Ads from its own servers, so we can measure paid-advertising performance. Your name, email address, and payment details are not included in that forward.

9. Third-party processors

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting in EU regions
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery (EU region)
• Google LLC — server-to-server upload of Google Click IDs and conversion values for Google Ads attribution; your name, email address, and payment details are not sent (Google Privacy Policy)
• Sentry — error monitoring with PII scrubbing enabled (Sentry Privacy Policy)

10. Changes to this policy

We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Continued use of Corridor after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
